It does not differentiate between negative and positive, so for example if you continually tell yourself that you are not good enough, its likely to turn out that way and that is simply because the unconscious mind obeys the commands from your conscious mind.

Therefor you can’t focus on two things at ones, the brain gives neuronal attention to one thing either you are happy or sad, calm or angry, so be aware of that and peak your state carefully.

Calm down your mind

The gateway to the unconscious mind can’t be accessible if your thoughts are racing and your mind is alert.

Find a quite space, close your eyes and place your focus on your breath, keep breathing for at least 30 second.

Focus on what you DO want and NOT on what you don’t want!

Our brain doesn’t know what reality and fiction is, so you need to tell him where you do want to go and the route you want to follow.

Use your Imagination

 

 

CREATE THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF

As I’ve said above, our brain doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and what’s imagination. So, STOP thinking worst case scenario and instead visualise you at your best. When you do this, you will create a new state of mind and a new state of body – is like teaching yourself what is already feels like to be that new you.

Repetition!

Our mind works in patterns and repetition, we must make this a habit and if you do this every day for 21 days you will notice a shift in the way you think, feel and act. Remember consistency is the key!
